My Process

First, we will set up an intro meeting so I can get to know you and your business, and understand your typical day-to-day, week-to-week and month-to-month tasks in detail.

From there, I will determine which of these tasks can be automated–and in some cases, eliminated or delegated.

Lastly, if we determine at least 5 hours of work a week can be saved for you, I will build automations to handle these tasks, and will help you delegate tasks that can’t be automated or eliminated.

This means you can focus on what really matters – growing your business and having more freedom. Plus, the automations I create for you are highly customizable, so we can tailor them to your specific needs.
